Missy and Trevor Scherber formed their Minneapolis based business, T. Scherber Demolition & Excavating 9 years ago and following some early struggles have gone from strength to strength.

It’s often a struggle for family members to work together, being in each other’s company 24/7 can be challenging at the best of times, but Missy and Trevor seem to have found the perfect formula, she handles all the off-site work while he handles all the on-site stuff!
